Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Our team will review it and help make it right.

Custom and Handmade Products

Since our rugs are handmade and custom-made to order, some items may not be eligible for return once production has started. This includes personalized designs, custom book rug designs, or special requests made specifically for your order.

If your custom design cannot be made, you will receive a 100% refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

Custom or personalized rugs
Sale items
Gift cards
Items damaged after delivery
Items returned without approval

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to contact us first. If your exchange is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method.

Please remember it may take your bank or credit card company some time to process and post the refund.
