At SnugCloud Rug, each rug is handmade and made to order. Because of this, production time may be longer than standard ready-to-ship items.

Processing & Production Time
Production usually takes approximately 7–12 days.
Sometimes it may be completed faster, depending on the design and current order volume.

Once your rug is finished, it will be carefully checked, packaged, and prepared for delivery.

Delivery Time
After production, delivery usually takes around 7 days, depending on your location.

Total Estimated Delivery Time
Including production and delivery, your order may take approximately 15–30 days to arrive, depending on where you live.

Please note that most of the timeline is for the handmade production process, so we can make sure each rug is finished with care and attention to detail.
